Advocate & Champion
I’m an advocate of the people and I’m passionate about experience and technology. I’ve spent over 20 years pushing my teams and clients towards better experiences leveraging technology and design thinking.
I champion the everyman. I work to remove friction in the the day-to-day with a goal simplicity and efficacy, I make sure technologies and platform experiences not only serve customers, but also ensure that they make sense for sales, marketing, and operations teams. How many times have you seen well-intended, “customer-centric” martech implementations replaced in a few years because it wasn’t set up with team members in mind. Let’s avoid that.

I truly believe in inclusive-decisioning and welcome a multitude of people with diverse voices and different perspectives to help solve problems and challenges thoroughly and thoughtfully.
But will that mean we’ll take forever to get anything done? Not necessarily. I’ll work with you to bring in the right folks, map the problem, create shared empathy for the various parts of the challenge, and ideate. After 20+ years of consulting I find that you’ll create change champions that will not only help you uncover deeper needs, but will also help create the traction adoption for maximum impact.
